Enrollment Services Specialist 3
Penn State Dickinson Law in Carlisle, PA is seeking an Enrollment Services Specialist to serve within the Office of Admissions & Financial Aid. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Admissions & Financial Aid, the Specialist will:
counsel prospective and admitted students on the admissions and enrollment processes;
represent the Law School at recruitment events;
conduct a holistic review of student applications for admissions;
communicate with admitted students about important steps in the application and enrollment processes;
maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the admissions database;
assist with planning and executing in-person and virtual events;
manage recruitment event registrations, travel logistics, and budget reconciliation;
and supervise a team of student admissions ambassadors.

Education & Experience: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or higher plus one or more years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Candidates must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as Microsoft 365 cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) or other similar productivity platforms. A willingness and ability to learn new software and web-based applications including our applicant database, CRM, and student information system is also necessary. Strong interpersonal, organizational, project management and communication skills are essential. Some travel is expected (typically between September and November). This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
