Greetings Prospective 2024-2025 PASFAA Business Partners!

For our current business partners, we appreciate all the support you have provided.

 

The Pennsylvania Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (PASFAA) is a dynamic organization representing over 300 Pennsylvania educational institutions, lenders, and other organizations involved with higher education. Our mission is to provide for the professional development of our members and other constituencies, to advocate for access to post-secondary education, and to educate the public on financial aid and funding opportunities.

We are pleased to announce the  Pennsylvania Association of Financial Aid Administrator’s 2024-2025 Business Partner Options  will be live Thursday, August 1st at  9:00 a.m. (EDT) on the 2024-2025 sign-up page. The page is intentionally unavailable until then so we recommend creating a bookmark for the link (https://www.pasfaa.org/?p=20776).  It will be important to access the page, make your selections and complete the “check out” process quickly on August 1st.

 

PASFAA values its business partners and recognizes the important role they play in helping our schools, students, and families achieve their postsecondary education goals. The Association continues to express our appreciation by offering valuable opportunities for engagement with members and schools throughout the entire year with its Business Partnership Tiers.

 

We want to ensure you get the most out of your partnership with PASSFA.  The professional development of our members is core to the Association’s mission. The annual conference is an essential training event for financial aid administrators in the state and our business partners are vital to the success of our conference. While attending other conferences, including regional and national, PASFAA leadership continues to hear that no other conference provides an environment more conducive to meaningful interaction with attendees than our very own PASFAA conference.

 

For 2024-2025 PASFAA has added, new sponsorships opportunities including conference a la carte sponsorships and an a la carte sponsorship opportunity for Directors’ Day a new training initiative being introduced in December 2024.

PASFAA is pleased to invite you to be a part of meaningful interactions with PASFAA members and to provide support vital to our Association’s successes and is excited to offer even more value to our business partners in the coming year.

 

PASFAA Business Partner signups will be available Thursday, August 1st, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (EDT). We encourage you to sign up as early as possible in order to secure your a la carte opportunities and the “time stamp” for your tier partnership.

 

  • The Business Partner Options TIERS and EXHIBITING document makes it easy for you to compare the available tiers/levels. 
  • Both the YEARLY A La Carte Sponsorships document and the CONFERENCE A La Carte Sponsorships documents include details on the number of sponsorships available.

PASFAA continues to welcome all who are interested in being a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Sponsor so the sign-up process continues to provide Business Partners interested in the 2024-2025 Sponsorship Levels (Tiers) or in Exhibiting at the conference and/or Spring Training a sign up process which ensures:

  • The payment method you select has no impact on the “time stamp” of your sponsorship commitment.

  • AND neither the timing of placing “tier or exhibit” items in the cart or checking out has any impact on the “time stamp” for benefits included with your selected tier.

 

However, remember the new A LA CARTE items, both Conference and the Yearly “Directors’ Day” opportunity, are “First Come, First Served”

Similar to other online experiences, the limit on the number of  sponsorships means securing a “sponsorship item”  is based on that item’s availability at “check out” and not when it is “added to your shopping cart”.

 

 

When sign-ups open beginning August 1st at 9:00 a.m., step by step information will be provided to make the sign-up process as easy as possible.  The following information is being provided to make the sign-up process as easy as possible by giving you a preview of what you can expect.  All Business Partner Sponsors and Business Partner attendees at events must be paid, active members of PASFAA.

 

 

    • There are two different REQUIRED “submissions” to complete the sign-up process.

      • In “STEP 1” below, be sure to click the “CLICK HERE” button and then enter your institution’s contact information.  (If you encounter any technical difficulties, please contact Dan Wray with PASFAA’s Technology Committee.)
      • Clicking the “STEP 2” button creates the “time stamp” used in determining the “order of submission” related to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Business Partner benefits.
    • In addition to submitting your info to be tracked, clicking the “STEP 2” button automatically redirects you to the additional information and steps required for you to COMPLETE your 2024-2025 selection.
    • Then all you need to do is:
      • Click “Add” for the Sponsorship Level/Tier option you are selecting.
      • Click “Add” for the A La Carte Sponsorship items you are selecting.
        • Remember, adding an item to your cart does not GUARANTEE availability at check out.
        • Be sure to review your cart at checkout to confirm all the items you selected are included.
        • Any items no longer available will have been removed.
          • *The system may alert you to the unavailability of some items but not all.  Reviewing your cart before checkout is very important to understand which items you selected were still available when you checked out and are included in your cart.
        • Please scroll through the options listed to see which have “sold out” and which are still available to “add to cart”.
      • Re-enter your Institution name and email address.
      • Choose your payment option:
        • Enter credit card info when applicable.
        • Take note of the address to send check payments when paying by check.
      • “Submit” your selection

    At that point you will have completed the sign-up process and will receive confirmation emails.

     

    New this year, to help facilitate a quicker sign-up process for those interested in the limited A La Carte opportunities as well as Business Partnership Tier selection, you can now complete TWO (2) or more submissions.  After selecting “Submit”, you will be directed to a page which provides a link to return to STEP 2 in order to select more items and “Submit” once again after selecting your payment option again.
