Senior Associate Director of Financial Aid
The Senior Associate Director lends direct support to the Director of Financial Aid for the management and general administration of student aid programs, particularly with an emphasis on regulatory compliance. In addition, the Senior Associate Director coordinates work with the University information technology department to assist with the administration of the Banner Financial Aid Suite. This position is responsible for the coordination of annual updates to Campus Logic with IT and works closely with the SU Foundation to provide needed updates to the Next Gen Scholarship system. This position supervises two associate Directors and two Assistant Directors within the Financial Aid Department. This position is responsible for annual Policies & Practices updates using NASFAA’s P&P Builder tool.
Shippensburg University
Bachelor’s Degree required and at least five years of financial aid experience. Preference for Banner and Campus Logic experience, previous supervisory responsibilities, and Master’s Degree.
